Dropping Off a Student:In order for the student to be excused for their tardy, the student’s parent/guardian must come inside the Main Office to sign the student in OR the student’s parent/guardian must call or email the Main Office as mentioned above.Picking Up a Student:In order for the student to be excused from class, the person picking up the student will need to come inside the Main Office to sign the student out. The person picking up the student MUST be on the student’s Contact List, which can be updated with the Main Office at any time by the student’s parent/guardian. Students will not be called down from class early.If your student has special circumstances to be allowed to leave school without being picked up, the student’s parent/guardian must provide permission via email to the Main Office.When reporting special circumstances, please include the following information:
- Student's full name (spell out the last name)
- Student's ID number
- Reason for absence
- Reason for special circumstances
- Exact day and time(s) of absence
- Express permission for the student to leave on their own without being picked up
