Noa Knoerl-Morrill (they/she) grew up just outside Ann Arbor, and was inspired to teach in part by their own high school IB experience. Mx. K majored in linguistics at the University of Michigan, but took a wide range of classes, from labor studies to musicology to modern physics. They then returned to U of M for their master’s in education, which they received in 2022 after student-teaching at Wayne Memorial High School. Beyond work, they love making music with friends, cooking spicy food, and reading sci-fi/fantasy novels, as well as finding cool new graphic histories about the 20th century.
