Ms. Aimee Grant

Ms. Grant was born, raised, and currently resides in Ann Arbor. She loves being a townie and an English teacher at Huron High School, where she has worked since December of 2001. She is a devoted fan of films by Alfred Hitchcock and Wes Anderson. She is a sucker for any peanut butter and chocolate combination. She firmly believes that a good meal can cure most afflictions. Their Eyes Were Watching God is the first book she remembers loving, and she will drop everything to go and see a reading by Sherman Alexie or a classic movie at the Michigan Theater. You may spot her around town with her husband and two children kicking the leaves in the Arb, paddling down the Huron River, or browsing books at Nicola’s.
